About Me

My future goal is to expand with developing online educational course regarding drug addiction and anger management. Courses that are convenient, affordable and informational, that assist people with various life coping skills. My Professional Anger Management Certification was achieved at Century Anger Management and I'm a Diplomate level member of the National Anger Management Association (NAMA). I received my undergraduate's degree at Antioch University in Culver City, CA, and my master’s degree from Capella University, both in General Psychology.  I hope people will take from this course skills they can embrace which lead them to some astonishing changes in their lives and overall, a better quality of life.

I Believe in You

Anger is a very common emotion. Everybody has experienced angry feelings either towards someone or towards some situation that life possesses. Anger is a natural reaction to generally negative behavior that frustrates an individual.  It’s ok to have a moment or get upset. But when does anger become a problem?

Have you had a moment at your job, in your relationships, at social gatherings, or simply while driving and running errands; where you easily lost your temper or became extremely agitated with someone else and just exploded. Does your anger turn into aggression, and you say intentional mean and hurtful things to your spouse, family, co-workers? Do you always have to have the control over people? Do you displace anger with your children, by yelling and screaming at them for simple accidents, or mistakes that children do? Does your anger turn into physical aggression?

The first step to managing elevated anger is first recognizing the critical stressors in one's life, and how they can manifest the domino effect of high stress levels, which then leads to chronic stress. The second step is to make a big decision to redefine your life and utilize resources to transform critical life changes. I’m so excited to assist and guide you.
Letting go of anger, allows the sun to shine through!
